We revamped the entire navigation structure, creating six key user personas to guide our approach. By reorganizing SKUs with keyword-friendly descriptions, enhancing accessibility with high-contrast designs, and optimizing checkout, we ensured customers could find precisely what they needed in fewer clicks.
