From Discovery to Purchase: Redefining the Flushmate Experience
Flushmate, the industry leader in pressure-assisted toilet systems, needed more than just a brand and website refresh—they needed a comprehensive strategy to drive growth. There was significant potential for new customers in the residential and commercial markets, but no clear leader existed. The goal was clear: create a new brand experience to educate users about pressure-assisted technology, enhance customer support, and boost new product sales.
We took a user-first approach, revamping Flushmate’s brand to engage every customer set. Our user personas helped tailor content to each audience, creating a seamless journey from product discovery to purchase. We streamlined product pages, designed a Part Finder tool, and expanded the resource library, making navigating and finding what’s needed easier. The result? A modern, high-performing site that elevated Flushmate’s brand and drove significant increases in sales leads and conversions.
Brand Identity Refresh
We modernized Flushmate’s brand by updating its logo and creating a consistent visual identity for the website and marketing materials, including sell sheets and installation guides. The new look was bold and professional, reflecting Flushmate’s leadership in pressure-assisted technology while maintaining a connection to its trusted, longstanding reputation in the industry.
Visual Design & UI
The website’s user interface was updated with the new brand identity, creating a modern and visually appealing design that effectively conveyed the advantages of pressure-assisted systems. Visual elements such as infographics, product renderings, and animations were utilized to showcase the functionality of Flushmate technology and compare it to traditional systems. The design successfully combined professional aesthetics with practicality, making it simple for users to access information, explore products, and make well-informed decisions.
Solution
We separated marketing pages from the shop section to better meet the needs of our diverse audience. The Part Finder tool has been redesigned to be more intuitive, allowing users to easily look up parts by serial number and find direct links to distributors or the eFlushmate.com site for purchases. We have also simplified the purchasing process, enabling users to smoothly transition from product research on the Flushmate site to distributor or OEM partner sites. The product pages have been standardized to consistently display specifications, features, and resources to help customers make well-informed purchasing decisions with ease.
Results
The new Flushmate website has greatly improved awareness about pressure-assisted technology. With its user-friendly design, improved navigation, and clear structure, it has made it easier for customers to find troubleshooting information, installation guides, and replacement parts. Overall, the updated website has significantly increased sales leads, connected potential buyers with sellers, and improved conversion rates. It has also helped customers find and purchase the right products for their needs.
